Personal Commitment
“What I love about my role is I am able to pitch in wherever needed with our clients as well as with the office. There always seems to be a wildcard thrown out by the insurance companies, and being part of the pulse of our company allows me to offer my insight into the solutions. I know every morning our job is going to be tough; the carriers make sure of that. But, I also know that our clients expect ... and deserve us to be tougher. I make sure that we don’t let them down.”
