Working with Olga Clausen at SunPoint Public Adjusters was such a relief for us and an incredibly pleasant experience in the end. We were going nowhere with the insurance claim adjuster with our property damage claim. We found SunPoint via a Google review, and when Olga was assigned, everything started moving. She got the proper attention put on the claim and worked directly with our insurance to ensure we got a fair settlement. She explained everything and put up with our moments of panic, frustration, and dread at any time of day. In the end, we were made whole with her perseverance and great attitude overall!! Couldn't be more pleased!!  After a major flood on Jannuary in Sausalito the insurance adjuster was doing what they are good at...try not to pay me the right amount!
I was very frustrated knowing that getting a attorney involved would just delay  the process for who knows how long, then a friend suggested that I call SunPoint!
Within a hour from my call Jason from SunPoin arrive insure me that i wuld get the help that I Need!

After having a fire in our primary residence (resulting in significant losses, demo and reconstruction, and ultimately being out of the home for 7+ months) we evaluated several different public adjusters and ultimately chose Sunpoint, working closely with Dudley and Olga.  What an absolute game changer!  Olga and Dudley are deeply empathetic, absolute experts in their field, incredibly responsive, and relentless bulldogs when it comes to advocating for you.   You could not ask for better expertise, representation, and partnership especially when going through a complex and difficult situation such as this.
